Railinfratrust B.V. is the legal owner of the public railway infrastructure in the Netherlands. The organization is responsible for maintenance, operations and expansion of the railway network.

Rijkswaterstaat Zee en Delta is part of Rijkswaterstaat (RWS). Its main task is to allow physical access to the Ports of Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Antwerp.
