Article 10.45 (only in Dutch)

Artikel 10.45 1 Het is verboden bedrijfsafvalstoffen of gevaarlijke afvalstoffen in te zamelen: a. zonder vermelding op een lijst van inzamelaars, of b. ingeval de afvalstoffen tot de krachtens artikel 10.48 aangewezen categorieën behoren, zonder vergunning van Onze Minister. 2 Bij of krachtens algemene maatregel van bestuur kan, indien het belang van de bescherming van het milieu zich daartegen niet verzet, voor daarbij aangegeven categorieën van gevallen vrijstelling worden verleend van het verbod, bedoeld in het eerste lid. 3 Onze Minister wijst een instantie aan die namens hem zorg draagt voor de vermelding van inzamelaars op de in het eerste lid bedoelde lijst van inzamelaars. 4 Op aanwijzing van Onze Minister wordt de vermelding van een inzamelaar op de lijst beëindigd. 5 Onze Minister stelt regels met betrekking tot de criteria voor vermelding op de lijst en beëindiging daarvan.
