For cargo/cargo residues with a flash point of: >= 55 degrees: no gas expert statement and no notification is required.
< 55 degrees and inert you need to provide a gas expert statement and make a notification via myPort
< 55 degrees and not inert, no declaration from the gas expert is required. However, you will need to make a notification in myPort. You will receive an exemption for this.
