Sonneborn Refined Products B.V.

Sonneborn Refined Products B.V. manufactures and supplies high-purity specialty hydrocarbons from base oils and petroleum distillates. They include materials like white oils, vaselines and microcrystalline wax. They are mostly used in the production of personal care products, candles, food products and polymers, including PVC and plastics.

In the contemporary Amsterdam factory Sonneborn Refined Products manufactures vaselines. The facility is part of Sonneborn, an internationally operating company headquartered in New Jersey. The history of the company dates back to the end of the nineteenth century.
