Passenger Terminal Amsterdam is a multifunctional building on the southern IJ bank. As a passenger terminal it serves as a reception facility for passengers of moored cruise ships. The location welcomes approximately 300,000 passengers a year upon arrival in Amsterdam.

In our special building on the IJ, many sea cruise ships are welcomed every year. The Passenger Terminal Amsterdam team coordinates the efficient handling of the ships and reception of its passengers. Under the undulating roof of PTA, which symbolizes the connection between land and water, some 300,000 passengers are welcomed annually to visit the capital of the Netherlands. The terminal is the ideal start for a visit to Amsterdam because of its central location and public transport within a short walk.

Moreover, the terminal is regularly used as a unique event location for large events, such as exhibitions, conventions, receptions and dinners. The available spaces have a combined floor area of approximately 3000 square meters. The location has spectacular views over the IJ harbor and the city center and has good parking facilities. Public transit and hotel rooms are very close and Schiphol airport is just 20 minutes away by car.
