Orgaworld Netherlands B.V. processes organic waste streams. The company has developed various techniques that efficiently convert waste into green energy and bio-based products, such as agricultural fertilizers, artificial fertilizer substitutes, tree starters and bio-stimulators. Part of the service is the design and construction of facilities that allow customers to process their own organic waste streams.

Orgaworld operates a factory in the Port of Amsterdam. Here, organic waste is converted by fermentation into biogas and purified water. Surrounding companies supply their waste via pipelines. The plant has been operational since 2010. It processes, among other things, around 120,000 tons of unpacked supermarket food and other organic waste streams annually.
