Olam Cocoa operates several cocoa processing facilities in the Amsterdam region, providing its customers with ingredients, blends and recipes that suit their needs. Here, the multinational company also has its main European distribution point for a variety of cocoa products. It also runs one of its six global centers for research and development. Engineers work on cocoa innovations for confectionery, bakery, beverage and dessert applications.

Olam Cocoa aims to achieve full traceability and sustainability of its cocoa volumes by 2020. Olam Cocoa is a division of Olam International, one of the world’s largest agri-businesses, headquartered in Singapore.
