Jongeneel

Houthandel Jongeneel has a branch in the Port of Amsterdam. It is one of over forty retail stores the company operates in the Netherlands. The store sells timber, plate materials, construction materials as well as hardware tools. Because of its history in timber trade, Jongeneel carries many products of softwood, hardwood and plate material. However, the assortment and expertise is not limited to timber.

The story of Jongeneel goes back to 1797, when timber merchant Huybertus Jongeneel founded the company together with his son. In 1997 the company received the honorary title Koninklijk. The store services both businesses as well as private individuals.
