48-hour arrangement waiting tanker

Is there no suitable berth and would you like to use the 48-hour arrangement*? 
The following conditions apply to this arrangement:

This waiting outside Amsterdam has a maximum period of 48 hours.
This period applies from ATD berth Amsterdam to ATA berth Amsterdam.
While waiting outside Amsterdam no other port outside the CNB area may be called at.
Only waiting (with the exception of provisioning, degassing or cleaning) is allowed.
The application is submitted before departure from the berth.
If you fill in the form below, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You will receive an approval (or rejection) by e-mail as soon as possible.
