Z5 waarde en toelichting

De Z5 waarde is afgelopen week gestegen naar 3913 mg/l. Het debiet Weesp (Q5) is licht gedaald tot 34 m3/s, het Water Inlaat Systeem (WIS) is gestabiliseerd op 55 en het debiet Lobith (Q-Lobith) is gestegen tot 1275 m3/s. 

Verwachting

De Z5 waarde is afgelopen dagen iets gedaald ten opzichte van het begin van deze week en lijkt op dit moment rond de huidige waarde te blijven schommelen. 

Maatregelen

Vanwege de stabiliserende Z5 waarde zijn er op dit moment geen andere of aanvullende maatregelen nodig en blijven we in de alertheidsfase. Dit houdt in dat we geoptimaliseerd blijven schutten. De verruiming van de inzet van de Middensluis, zoals aangekondigd in het verziltingsbeeld van 19 juni, blijft van kracht.  

RWS en CNB hebben twee keer per week overleg om de situatie te monitoren. Dit verziltingsbeeld versturen we vanaf nu wekelijks, op vrijdag. Indien in de tussentijd veranderingen of updates zijn, dan ontvang je het verziltingsbeeld eerder.

Z5 value and clarification

The Z5 value has risen to 3913 mg/l this past week. The discharge Weesp (Q5) has slightly decreased to 34 m3/s, the Water Inlet System (WIS) has stabilized at 55 and the discharge Lobith (Q-Lobith) has risen to 1275 m3/s.  

Expectation

The Z5 value has not decreased in the last couple days, and seems to keep fluctuating around the current value.  

Measures

With a stabilized Z5 value, other and/or additional measures are unnecessary, which means we will be staying in the alertness phase. This entails we will keep the current optimized lock passage schedule. The expansion of the use of the Middle Lock, as announced in the salinisation overview on June 19, will be upheld.  

RWS and CNB monitor the situation twice a week. This salinisation overview will sent out weekly, on Fridays. If there are any changes or updates, you will receive the salinisation overview earlier.
