Z5 waarde en toelichting 

De Z5 waarde is sinds het laatste verziltingsbeeld van vrijdag 15 september toegenomen en komt nu uit op 3580 mg/l. Het debiet Weesp (Q5) is gestegen en is nu 42,18 m3/s en het debiet Lobith (Q-Lobith) is 1350m3/s. 

Verwachtingen 

Deze week zal er behoorlijk wat neerslag vallen en het Water Inlaat Systeem (WIS) zal naar 55 gaan. Hierdoor zal er meer water worden ingelaten. De verwachting is dan ook dat de Z5 waarde de komende dagen weer zal gaan dalen.   

Geen maatregelen schutbedrijf 

De Z5 waarde is op dit moment hoger dan de 3500 mg/l, dit betekent dat we in de alertheidsfase zitten. Vanwege de verwachte neerslag, het stijgen van de WIS en omdat het einde van de zomer in zicht is, nemen we nu geen schutmaatregelen. We blijven daarom aanbod gestuurd schutten. 

Eind deze week bekijken we de situatie opnieuw. Dit verziltingsbeeld zijn we in de afgelopen periode één keer in de twee weken gaan versturen, maar nu we in de alertheidsfase zitten doen we dat frequenter. Indien in de tussentijd veranderingen of updates zijn, dan ontvang je het verziltingsbeeld eerder.

Z5 value and clarification

The Z5 value has increased since the last salinisation overview from Friday 15 September, and is now 3580mg/l. The discharge Weesp (Q5) has increased as well, and is now at 42,18 m3/s. The discharge Lobith (QLobith) is 1350 m3/s.  

Expectations 

There will be a lot of rainfall this week and the Water Inlet System (WIS) will rise to 55, which means more water will be let in. Also, it is expected that the Z5 value will decrease in the following days.  

No extra measures 

The Z5 value is higher than 3500 mg/l at this current moment, which means we are in the alertness phase. Due to the expected rainfall, the rise of the WIS, and as summer's end comes near, we will not be taking extra measures regarding the lock passages and structure the lock passages according to demand.  

The situation will be evaluated at the end of the week. This salinisation overview has been sent out every two weeks, but, as we are now in the alertness phase, the frequency will be higher. If there are any changes or updates in the meantime, you will receive the salinisation overview earlier.
