Z5 waarde en toelichting 

De Z5 waarde is sinds het laatste verziltingsbeeld van 4 augustus nog flink gedaald en is nu 2549 mg/l.  

Het debiet Weesp (Q5) is gedaald en is nu 30.82 m3/s. Het debiet Lobith (Q-Lobith) is ook iets gedaald, naar 1778 m3/s.  

Geen maatregelen 

Omdat de Z5 waarde zit nog steeds flink onder de 3000 mg/l zit blijft de situatie hetzelfde als de afgelopen twee weken. Dat betekent dat er geen extra maatregelen gelden en dat we aanbod gestuurd blijven schutten. 

Verwachtingen 

De verwachting is dat het debiet Lobith (Q-Lobith) de komende twee weken gaat afnemen. Wat voor impact dat heeft op de Z5 waarde is nu nog niet te zeggen. We hebben hierover wekelijks contact met Rijkswaterstaat (RWS).  

Je ontvangt, zolang we niet in de alertheidsfase zitten, het verziltingsbeeld één keer in de twee weken. Dat betekent dat je het volgende verziltingsbeeld ontvangt op 1 september.

Indien er in de tussentijd veranderingen of updates zijn, word je uiteraard geïnformeerd.

Z5 value and clarification

The Z5 value has decreased significantly since the last salinisation overview, which was sent out on 4 August, and is now 2498 mg/l.  

The discharge Weesp (Q5) has decreased and is now 35,5 m3/s. The discharge Lobith (Q-Lobith) has also slightly decreased, to 1714 m3/s. 

No measures

Because the Z5 value is still far below 3000 mg/l, the situation will remain the same as the past two weeks. This means there are no extra measures being taken and that the lock passages will be arranged according to demand. 

Expectations

The discharge Lobith (Q-Lobith) is expected to decrease in the coming two weeks. The impact this will have on the Z5 value cannot be predicted at this moment. We are in weekly contact with Rijkswaterstaat (RWS) about this issue.  

As long as we are not in the alertness phase, you will receive the salinisation overview once every two weeks, which means you will receive the next one on 1 September.  

If there are any changes in the meantime, you will be informed earlier.
